Plush world is a family based business which provides a service online, through our website, Facebook page and Instagram. We provide delivery to your door for an easy purchase. Recently we opened our Pop-Up shop at Marsa where one can come and view our products.
We are also importers of different well known brands including original licensed Disney products.
From your Purchase to your Door.
Items you add to the cart, can be viewed in our Cart page. Further down the page, underneath your list of items, you can view the delivery charges according to locality and amount of order.
We charge a small delivery fee on orders under 35 Euro, which gets smaller for orders between 35 Euro and 50 Euro. Orders over 50 Euro are free of charge all over Malta.
Gozo has a different charging system, where a fee of 5 Euro is charged for parcels weighing less than 20kg.
We offer a couple of payment methods.
You can make a payment directly through our website at checkout through Paypal or Visa Card Payments.
We also offer Revolut mobile transfer payment and Mobile Banking Payment for orders purchased through our Facebook page, or through the Messenger button found at the bottom right hand corner of our website page.
Orders start to be processed immediately after payment is done as we are automatically notified by the system.
Our deliveries are scheduled for 1-3 working days from purchase. This is mostly affected by location. Customers are contacted on the email address entered on purchase or messaged through Facebook if the order was placed on Facebook.
If customer does not reply, we will try to call on the mobile number provided by customer.
We will deliver according to time we would have discussed with customer. If customer is not available to collect item on delivery, we will attempt another delivery on our next availability for an extra charge of 4 Euro to places all over Malta. Gozo deliveries will be dispatched withing 2-4 days from payment as these are provided by Courier Service.
Cancellation of Order
Orders can be cancelled at any time before delivery is affected.
As mentioned above, we will make sure to get in touch with you before delivering, to make sure we should proceed with the order.
Order mistakes on your behalf will be able to be amended. In case an order is purchased by mistake e.g. item duplication, we will accept the item being returned to us within 3 working days. We can also collect the item between 5pm-8pm during weekdays for the cost of your locality delivery charge, where a refund for that particular item will be issued once item is inspected. We do not accept items which were opened or not in their original new packaging.
We inspect all items before providing delivery. Where items cannot be properly inspected due to packaging, we expect to be informed of any damages within 24 hours from purchase.
When this is not possible for certain reasons, we will handle each case accordingly.
Our damaged policies vary from one item to another, where we can offer an exchange, refund or credit note.
We always aim to be just, with every different issue and appreciate the collaboration of our customer.
Items wanting to be returned have to be in their original packaging, and unopened. We do not accept items with damaged packaging, if the packaging was intact and preserved before delivery.
We can collect the item between 5pm-8pm during weekdays for the cost of your locality delivery charge listed in the Delivery Charge section, where a refund for that particular item will be issued once item is inspected.
Returns can also be made to our Postal Address listed in the Contact us section on our website, or at our Marsa Pop-Up shop for no extra charge. This needs to be made by appointment to ensure someone is available to inspect and refund accordingly.
Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase on presentation of receipt.
Plush World will go through each request individually and reserves the right to refuse any requests.
Very Important: Jewellery is non returnable.
We provide gift receipts on demand. We need to be informed prior to delivery or collection to make sure the gift receipt is prepared and ready for client.
Gift receipts are valid for 30 days from delivery date, which will be listed on the gift receipt to make sure recipient can view it with ease.
Gift receipts cannot be extended, disregarded by recipient and neither exchanged for monetary value.An item can only be exchanged if it is still new is it’s original package, undamaged and on presentation of the gift receipt within the time frame of validation.
We are not responsible for any reason why gift receipt date is surpassed, we list it on gift receipt to make sure one is informed.
Terms and conditions are written on gift receipt to ensure they are well visible for clients.
