Placing an order
Items you add to the cart, can be viewed in our Cart page. Further down the page, underneath your list of items, you can view the delivery charges or collection option.
Payment Method
We offer a couple of payment options.
You can make a payment through Revolut mobile transfer and BOV Mobile Banking.
All delivery orders needs to be paid before being dispatched.
Delivery
Orders are processed within 3 working days and prepared for delivery. Deliveries are then done through Maltapost Courier. There is a 5 Euro delivery charge for parcels of up to 20 kg on orders under 30 Euro. Bulky orders also carry a 5 Euro charge which include figurines or large frames. During sales we do not offer free delivery.
Collection from shop
We will get in touch when your order is checked and prepared for collection. Order can then be collected from the shop during our opening hours. Kindly await our message or call for collection as not to come in vain.
Reservation for more than a week
We accept reservations for up to a month from the reservation date. Upon reservation a deposit of 25% of the total price of the item is required. Deposit is non- refundable
Cancellation of Order
Orders can be cancelled before being dispatched. Once order has been dispatched and handed over to Maltapost courier, we are not capable of recalling parcels. Orders can’t be cancelled then
Damaged Items
We inspect all items before providing delivery. If packaging prevents proper inspection, we expect to be informed of any damages within 24 hours from buying.
When this is not possible for certain reasons, we will handle each case accordingly.
Our damaged policies vary from one item to another, where we can offer an exchange or credit note.
We always aim to be just, with every different issue and appreciate the collaboration of our customer.
Returns
Items wanting to be returned have to be in their original packaging, and unopened. We do not accept items with damaged packaging, if the packaging was intact and preserved before delivery.
Returns can be made at our shop during our opening hours.
Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase on presentation of receipt.
Plush World will go through each request individually and reserves the right to refuse any requests.
Gift Receipts
We supply gift receipts on demand. We are trying to avoid paper wastage. Gift receipts are sent by email in PDF format. They can be forwarded to the recipient after the gift is given. The gift receipt can b shown on the mobile upon exchange if needed.
Gift receipts are valid for 30 days from purchase. This period is listed on the gift receipt to make sure the recipient can easily notice it. Gift receipts can’t be extended, disregarded by recipient and neither exchanged for monetary value. An item can only be exchanged if it is still new in its original package. It must also be undamaged. The gift receipt must be presented within the time frame of validation.
We are not responsible for any reason why the gift receipt date is surpassed. We list the information on the gift receipt to make sure one is informed.
Term and conditions are written on gift receipt to ensure they are well visible for clients.
