From your Purchase to your Door.

Placing an order

Items you add to the cart, can be viewed in our Cart page. Further down the page, underneath your list of items, you can view the delivery charges according to locality and amount of order.
We charge a small delivery fee on orders under 50 Euro. Orders over 50 Euro carry a 2 Euro delivery fee all over Malta.
Gozo has a different charging system, where a fee of 5 Euro is charged for parcels weighing less than 20kg.

Payment Method

We offer a couple of payment methods.
You can make a payment through Revolut mobile transfer and BOV Mobile Banking. We also accept cash on delivery. Ideally the exact ammount is given upon delivery,
Orders start being processed immediately and we will get in touch accordingly to discuss delivery or collection from shop.

Delivery

Our deliveries are scheduled depending on our routes. This is mostly affected by location.
Deliveries are held on Saturday – mornings for Southern areas between 10.30am and 2.pm, while orders towards Central and Northern areas are delivered on Saturday between 3pm and 6pm.
Customers are contacted through an sms on the phone entered on the billing information, or messaged through Facebook if the order was placed on Facebook.
If customer does not reply, we will try to call on the mobile number provided by customer.
We will deliver according to our timeframe. If customer agrees to the delivery but upon our arrival are not available to collect their order, we will attempt another delivery on our next availability for an extra charge of 4 Euro to places all over Malta, otherwise customer can collect order from our shop.
Any other delivery during the week can be provided by choosing by the Express delivery option. Express deliveries are delivered within 24-48hrs between 4pm-7pm.
Gozo deliveries will be dispatched every Saturday morning as this is provided by Courier Service.

Collection from shop

When choosing collection from shop, we will get in touch when your order is checked and prepared for collection. Order can then be colleced from the shop during our opening hours. Kindly await our call for collection as not to come in vain.

Reservation for more than a week

We accept reservations for up to a month from the reservation date. Upon reservation a deposit of 25% of the total price of the item is required. Deposit is non- refundable

Cancellation of Order

Orders can be cancelled at any time before delivery is affected. If order is cancelled after attempting delivery, a charge will be withheld for the delivery for paid orders. If an order is not paid prior to a delivery, full payment is needed + an additional delivery charge of 4 Euro before attempting another delivery.
As mentioned above, we will make sure to get in touch with you before delivering, to make sure we should proceed with the order.
Order mistakes on your behalf can be amended. In case an order is purchased by mistake e.g. item duplication, we will accept the item to be returned within 3 working days.

Damaged Items

We inspect all items before providing delivery. Where items cannot be properly inspected due to packaging, we expect to be informed of any damages within 24 hours from purchase.
When this is not possible for certain reasons, we will handle each case accordingly.
Our damaged policies vary from one item to another, where we can offer an exchange or credit note.
We always aim to be just, with every different issue and appreciate the collaboration of our customer.

Returns

Items wanting to be returned have to be in their original packaging, and unopened. We do not accept items with damaged packaging, if the packaging was intact and preserved before delivery.
We can collect the item between 5pm-8pm during weekdays, where a refund for that particular item will be issued once item is inspected. Collection charge is 5 Euro across Malta(Gozo not included).
Returns can also be made to our Postal Address listed in the Contact us section on our website, or at our Marsa Pop-Up shop for no extra charge. This needs to be made by appointment to ensure someone is available to inspect and refund accordingly.
Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase on presentation of receipt.
Plush World will go through each request individually and reserves the right to refuse any requests.

Gift Receipts

We provide gift receipts on demand. We need to be informed prior to delivery or collection to make sure the gift receipt is prepared and ready for client. We are trying to avoid paper wastage, hence gift receipts are sent by email in PDF format, and can be forwarded to the recipient after gift is given. The gift receipt can b shown on the mobile upon exchange if needed.
Gift receopt are valid for 30 days from purchase, whichwill be listed on the gift receipt to make sure recipeint can notice with ease. Gift receipts cannot be extended, disregarded by recipient and neither exchanged for monetary value. An iem can only be exchanged if it is still new in its original package, undamaged and on presenation of the gift receipt within the time frame of validation.
We are no resposible for any reason why the gift receipt date is surpassed. We list the information on he gift receipt to make sure one is informed.
Term and conditions are written on gift receipt to ensure they are well visible for clients.
